Our 10 Step Cleaning Process
• Step 1: Pre-Inspection
We will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have. Fabric test to determine correct chemical to use for specific fabric.
• Step 2: Dry Soil Removal
79% of soil on carpet is Dry Soil, which is made-up of sand, dust, and dry particles (hair, dead skin, etc.). It's extremely important to always use a high power vacuum to remove dry soil before applying wet solution.
• Step 3: Pre-spot & stain treatment
Difficult spots and stains are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.
Step 4: Soil Suspension
A pre-conditioning pre-spray agent is applied to emulsify and break soil and spots for a more thorough cleaning.
• Step 5: Agitation & Dwell Time
A professional tool and/or brush is used to further loosen the carpet fiber soil and prepare for extraction. Allow quality chemistry to work its magic into the carpets with proper dwell time.
• Step 6: Rinse & Extraction
Carpet Fibers are then thoroughly rinsed using a powerful extraction cleaning system without over wetting and pH balanced afterwards so that there is no sticky residue left behind leaving Soft and Fresh!
• Step 7: Post Treatment
Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. Optional step, but it's a good time to deodorize and protect fibers.
• Step 8: Post Groom & Fiber Lift
Fibers are groomed and brushed to lift up to allow air flow to dry faster. It also improves appearance.
• Step 9: Post Very Fast Dry
Air blowers are left to pull warm air down and up to allow to dry faster. Very dry Carpets!
• Step 10: Post Inspection
We will spend time with you to point out the cleaning results and answer any questions to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the job.

Express Dry Method
Low-moisture encapsulation (VLM)
Can be walked on soon after cleaning
Low-moisture encapsulation is gentle on your carpets, removes stains permanently and can be done monthly. Because very low water is used in the process, carpets can be walked on soon after cleaning, reducing wait time. The crystal extract chemistry used emits no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), so the process is environmentally friendly. As the machine moves across your carpet, its brushes lift the carpet fibers making way for the cleaning chemistry to reach each fiber and lift the stains—leaving the carpet pile looking very clean and refreshed. The remaining encapsulated soil particles can then be extracted with normal routine vacuuming.

Hot-Water Extraction (HWE)
Common way to safely deep-clean carpets
Hot-water extraction, or steam cleaning, is a very common way to safely clean carpets. First, the carpet is pre-sprayed with carpet cleaning solution. Then, the hot water extractor sprays boiled water onto the carpet via high pressure jets in a wet vacuum wand, removing dirt and odors and killing germs.

If your carpets are very worn, dirty or dull, then Carpet Restoration can bring them back to life. This process uses Low-Moisture Encapsulation technology to lift carpet fibers, followed by Hot-Water Extraction to penetrate the carpet and deep clean below the surface.
